As a design lead, I'm responsible for designing and overseeing UI/UX designs for different products within the company. I'm also responsible for creating new design systems from scratch. I’m also assisting in user research and testing initiatives.

As the sole designer on a team working on a flagship web-based market research application, I was responsible for creating user interface designs, conducting user research, and creating and maintaining a robust design system with hundreds of components created from scratch. I’m also leading a redesign from scratch, which includes validation testing, wireframing, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.

I work with several clients on a wide range of UI-related projects. Recently, I’ve designed websites for the Smithsonian Institute and created a managed a massive design system for Avid Technologies. In addition, I’ve designed and developed an online annual report for a local non-profit for several years.

I managed the complete creative needs of more than 100 franchises, including print advertising, web design, vehicle wrap design, motion graphics, copy editing, copy writing, and more. In addition, I led the effort to create brand guidelines for all creative and managed the complete redesign of local franchise websites and the national site (including all local landing pages).

Worked directly under CEO to oversee and brainstorm all creative projects for web, print, and video. Produced videos, web ads, brochures, whitepapers, websites, and more. In addition, created from scratch two brand identities for sister companies, including promo material and website designs.

Worked with Communications Director to design websites, fliers, brochures, presentations, annual reports, and more. Managed Facebook and Twitter accounts. In addition, I created and managed the art process to streamline internal requests.
